Becca Allen, LPC, NCC, CEDS, PMH-C is a highly sought after, licensed professional counselor for her expertise on eating disorders, personality disorders, perinatal mood disorders, and treatment resistant disorders. A confident entrepreneur, she is also the founder of Becca Allen Counseling, PLLC. 

Becca received her Masters of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She completed her post graduate LPC-Associate internship at Center for Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, where she worked with adults and adolescents. Becca continued to work at Center for Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies from 2015-2021. During her time at the center, she held many roles including intake coordinator, Adolescent director, adult and adolescent DBT group leader, adult and adolescent RO DBT skills class leader, and the RO DBT parent class leader. 

Becca is passionate about adherence to evidence based therapies, more specifically  Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT).  She has completed her foundational training from Behavioral Tech in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She has also been intensively trained by creator Tom Lynch, PhD in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
