Our RO-DBT Skills Course is a structured, weekly virtual group designed for individuals who struggle with overcontrol—perfectionism, emotional inhibition, high self-criticism, or rigid thinking.
Unlike traditional DBT, RO-DBT focuses on enhancing openness, flexibility, and authentic connection with others.
In this class, you’ll learn practical skills to:
Reduce social isolation and emotional loneliness
Increase receptivity and openness to feedback
Strengthen self-compassion and spontaneity
Build more fulfilling relationships through emotional expression

Length: 25 week course | 1 hour per week
Time: Weekly on Wednesdays 10am-11am CST
Location: Virtual (Zoom)
Program Fee: $55/ class

This is an open-enrollment class, meaning new participants may join at any time. While the class runs in a rolling format, each round includes 25 weekly sessions.
Please note: When you sign up, you are committing to the full round of the class. This means you are responsible for payment for all 25 sessions, regardless of attendance.
If you are joining the skills class without participating in individual RO-DBT therapy (either with Becca Allen, LPC or another RO-DBT-trained clinician), you will be required to complete orientation and commitment sessions before starting the Class.
This class is psychoeducational in format and is not a therapy group. Participants are welcome to join alongside individual therapy (with Becca or another provider).
Becca Allen Counseling, PLLC is a private pay practice and does not accept insurance directly. However, clients may request a superbill to submit to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. All necessary documentation can be found in the client portal.
